PRODUCT 6 - THE VILLA SERIES
Designed as luxury villas using interlocking steel frames, they have 89.5 sqm of floor area plus a 36.5 sqm deck. Total area 126 sqm. Each unit is made up of 6 modules. Building width 18.175m x 4.925m depth. The tempered laminated insulating glass windows are 3.5m in height. The LGS steel-framed floor has 80mm of solid wood plus an electric heating layer plus 18mm of fibre cement board.
